You have heard us extol the power of connecting with your body and balancing your hormones. One of our favorite and easily accessible ways to do so is Seed Cycling.
One question we often receive is how to introduce this rhythm into daily life in terms of recipes and ways to ingest the seeds. Our free seed cycling e-book goes into this in detail, but we also have just curated, I dare to say, thee yummiest seed cycling smoothie I've tried to date and well,

So, since we aren't food bloggers we will spare you the preceding paragraphs to a recipe and just give it to you straight!
Seed Cycling Smoothie
2 tbsp of cycle seeds (Phase 1: pumpkin + flax or Phase 2: sesame +sunflower)
1 c frozen berries
1/4 c water or milk or milk alternative
1 serving collagen peptides
1 tbs beet powder
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy fresh, or chilled in fridge for 1-2 days. This also can be poured into popsicle molds for a cool and quick treat later. (If you want to super boost your smoothie, try adding handful of dandelion greens and a few tbsp of chia seeds).
Boom! A *super* easy and powerful treat to balance your hormones and nourish your body!
